Ordering & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order amount. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping costs at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:
Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States.
Do you ship to Europe?
No, we do not ship to any European countries at this time. If we expand our shipping locations in the future, we will update this information.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and fulfilled through Printful. Estimated shipping times depend on your location:
- United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
- Asia (Japan, Singapore, Philippines, etc.): 7-14 business days
- Other supported countries: 10-20 business days
Processing time before shipment typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that unexpected delays due to customs, weather, or high order volumes may affect delivery times.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link. If you don’t receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@japaneselanguagelessons.com.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
If your package is lost in transit and does not show as delivered, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We do not take responsibility for lost packages if the tracking shows it was delivered successfully.
Do I need to pay customs fees or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Since all items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds for size issues or change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@japaneselanguagelessons.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your request and arrange a replacement if approved.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We cannot offer size exchanges, as all products are made to order. Please carefully check our size guide before making a purchase. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to email us before ordering.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours after being placed. Once an order enters production, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
What if my package is returned to the sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we may be able to resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order.
Payments & Checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal for payments. However, you can use a credit or debit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Can I use a credit or debit card without a PayPal account?
Yes. When checking out, simply choose PayPal, and you will have the option to pay with a credit or debit card as a guest without creating a PayPal account.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through PayPal’s secure system, which protects your personal and financial information. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer digital or physical gift cards.

What types of clothing do you sell?
We sell t-shirts, hoodies, and sweaters featuring designs inspired by the Japanese language and culture. New products and designs may be added in the future.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own to ensure a proper fit.
What materials are used in your clothing?
Our apparel is made from high-quality materials such as cotton, polyester blends, and fleece, depending on the product. Specific fabric details can be found on each product page.
How do I care for my clothing?
To extend the life of your printed apparel, follow these care instructions:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
- Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
- Do not iron directly on the design

Do you offer custom designs or personalized orders?
No, we do not offer custom or personalized prints at this time.
Do you sell wholesale or offer bulk discounts?

Do you provide Japanese language lessons?
No, we do not offer tutoring or translation services. Our website provides Japanese language blog content, but we do not provide one-on-one lessons.
