Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Since all products are made to order using Printful, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues, change-of-mind purchases, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Before placing an order, please carefully review the product description, size guide, and design details to ensure you are selecting the correct item.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
- The product received is significantly different from the ordered item
- The order was lost in transit and cannot be located
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us at contact@japaneselanguagelessons.com within 7 days of delivery and provide the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The wrong size was ordered
- The item does not meet personal preference
- The item was delivered successfully but not collected
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Exchange Policy
Since all items are printed on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are automatically sent for fulfillment and cannot be modified or canceled.
If you need to cancel an order within the allowed timeframe, please email contact@japaneselanguagelessons.com with your order number and request.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking number. If tracking information is unavailable or the package appears to be lost, contact us, and we will investigate with Printful and the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the item was delivered successfully. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
