Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Shipping times may vary depending on location, processing times, and carrier delays.
Eligible Shipping Countries
We currently ship to the following countries:
Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States.
We do not ship to European countries or any locations outside the list above.
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping. Once processed, estimated shipping times are:
- United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
- Asia (Japan, Singapore, Philippines, etc.): 7-14 business days
- Other supported countries: 10-20 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not account for potential delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@japaneselanguagelessons.com.
Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the order has been shipped.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not control these fees, and they vary by location.
If customs fees apply, your local postal service or customs office will notify you of the payment required before delivery.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
- If your package is stuck in transit for more than 14 days, contact us, and we will investigate with Printful and the shipping carrier.
- If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay for reshipping.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before fulfillment.
